In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 6 August 1987, No. 128, at page 3714 the eighth line of the Schedule should read "... 27.3 metres, across part Lot 2, D.P. 26118".

CORRIGENDUM

Amending a Proclamation Taking Land and Easements Over Land for Waterworks and Blocks V and IX, Takanini Survey District, Mangonui County

In the Proclamation with the above heading dated 10 August 1987 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 20 August 1987, No. 139 at page 3973 for the words and figures "section 20 (g) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1924", which words and figures appear in the original Proclamation executed by His Excellency the Governor-General.

Amending An Order In Council Known as The Waimea East Irrigation District Order 1982

At Wellington this 17th day of August 1987

Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General IN COUNCIL

Pursuant to section 208 (2) of the Public Works Act 1981, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council, and on the recommendation of the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Order in Council dated the 17th day of May 1982 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 27 May 1982, No. 56, at page 1685, known as the Waimea East Irrigation District Order 1982 by omitting part 5 of the Order and substituting the following:

"3. It is hereby declared that the annual basic charge payable in respect of irrigable land within the district shall be $135 per hectare and that the annual water availability charge payable in respect of water supplied shall be $65/water unit where a water unit is 1,000 cubic metres of water and the minimum annual water availability charge is as for 5 water units per assessed irrigable hectare."

Appointment of Members of the New Zealand Historic Places Board of Trustees

Pursuant to section 7 of the Historic Places Act 1980, the Minister of Conservation appoints

Wynne Colgan of Auckland,
Helen Ainslie Stead of Oamaru,
Alan David Talbot of Timaru,

to be members of the New Zealand Historic Places Board of Trustees for a term of office expiring on 18 August 1990.
