by a school, college or university and not for resale; or
by an importer, when declared that they are being imported for sale only to schools, colleges, or universities, and that the said equipment will remain the property of the school, college, or university and will not be sold or otherwise disposed of without payment of duty otherwise imposed under the Tariff.

NOTE: Screens for projectors are excluded from this concession.
