Notice is hereby given that a petition for an order that the above-named company may be wound up or for such other order as shall be just was, presented to the High Court on the 18th day of August 1987, by Stewart & Harkness Motors Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Timaru; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Timaru on the 14th day of September 1987 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

Pursuant to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the sale held on the 23rd day of July 1987 at Auckland, Napier, Wanganui and Wellington was 431.34 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).
As this price is below the ruling trigger price of 500 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) no retention levy is payable in terms of section 42 of the Wool Industry Act 1977, until further notice.
