NEW ZEALAND MARINE FARMS LTD.

NOTICE is hereby given that an order of the High Court of New Zealand dated the 11th day of August 1987, confirming the reduction of the share capital of the above-named company and the minute approved by the Court was registered with the Registrar of Companies on the 20th day of August 1987. The said minute is in the words and figures following:

"Following the passing of a special resolution at the annual general meeting of New Zealand Marine Farms Ltd. (‘the company’) held on 10 July 1987 and the subsequent confirmation of the resolution by the High Court of New Zealand:

(a) the authorised capital of the company was reduced from $10,000,000 divided into 10,000,000 shares of $1.00 each to $1,000,000 divided into 10,000,000 shares of 10 cents each; and

(b) the issued share capital of the company was reduced from $4,901,000 divided into 4,901,000 issued and fully paid ordinary shares of $1.00 each to $490,100 divided into 4,901,000 issued and fully paid ordinary shares of 10 cents each."
