PURSUANT to section 11 of the Plant Varieties Act 1973, notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Plant Varieties has refused a grant of Plant Selectors’ Rights as specified in the Schedule to this notice on the ground that the variety is ineligible under section 13 (1) of the Plant Varieties Act 1973.
