William Patrick Jeffries, Parliamentary Under-Secretary in relation to the Offices of the Minister of Transport and the Minister of Works and Development;
Peter Neilson, Parliamentary Under-Secretary in relation to the Offices of the Minister of Trade and Industry and Social Welfare;
Philip Tosswill Edmond Woollaston, Parliamentary Under-Secretary in relation to the Offices of the Minister of Local Government, the Minister for the Environment and the Minister of Conservation.
