NOTICE OF RESOLUTION FOR MEMBERS VOLUNTARY WINDING UP

Pursuant to Section 269

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of PUBLICUS HOLDINGS LTD:

Notice is hereby given that by resolution of shareholders at a special meeting of the above-named company on the 12th day of August 1987, the following special resolutions were passed by the company, namely:

1. That the company be wound up voluntarily and all creditors will be paid in full.

2. That Spencer John Clarke, chartered accountant of Wellington, be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.
