Land Acquired for Road and for Road Diversion in the City of Christchurch

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, subject as to the area secondly described to the drainage easement granted by transfer 223331, the drainage and well and pipe easement reserved by transfer 230443, and the drainage easement granted by transfer 224007 and together with the sewer easement reserved by transfer 224007, is hereby acquired for road diversion and the land in both Schedules shall vest in The Christchurch City Council on the 20th day of August 1987.
