Amending a Notice Declaring Land Held for a State Primary School to be Crown Land in Block XVI, Tokatoka Survey District, Otamatea County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 25th day of March 1987, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 2 April 1987, No. 45, at page 1420, declaring land held for a State primary school to be Crown land in Block XVI, Tokatoka Survey District, Otamatea County, pursuant to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the legal description of the Schedule the expression “Lot 11” and substituting the expression “Section 77”.
