Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 16th day of July 1987, presented to the said Court by Hardie AND Thompson Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 1062 Colombo Street, Christchurch, carrying on business there as joinery manufacturers; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Christchurch on the 26th day of August 1987 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

It is hereby certified pursuant to section 62 of the Partnership Act 1908 that:

  1. The special partnership was established at Tauranga on 25 July 1987 under the name Kaimai Cashmere Limited & Company.

  2. The names, addresses, occupations and capital contributions of the current general and special partners are as set forth in the Schedule.

  3. The objects for which the partnership was established are:

"To carry on in New Zealand and elsewhere business as breeders of Cashmere goats and to undertake and carry out any other business which may in the opinion of the general partner and the participants be conveniently or profitably undertaken by the partnership, whether or not such business shall be similar in nature (hereinafter called 'the partnership business)'.

  1. The principal place from which the partnership business has been conducted is the registered office of the general partner.

  2. The general and special partners have resolved pursuant to the dead of partnership to dissolve the partnership and accordingly the special partnership shall be dissolved upon registration of the certificate pursuant to section 62 of the Partnership Act 1908.
