Sale of Wanganui Harbour Board Land
- Richard William Prebble, Minister of Transport, having obtained the concurrence of the Minister of Finance pursuant to section 143A(3) of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby approve pursuant to section 143A(1)(a) and section 143C(1)(b)(i) of the Act, the sale of land referred to in the Schedule to the lessee by the Wanganui Harbour Board, and I specify that my approval is effective from the date of this notice.
SCHEDULE
All that parcel of land containing 21.33 perches (539.5 square metres), more or less, situated in the City of Wanganui and being Lot 4 on Deposited Plan 3837 and comprising all of the land described in certificate of title, Volume 6A, folio 274 (Wellington Registry).

Customs Exchange Rates Notice (No. 17) 1987, Amendment No. 1
PURSUANT to section 143 of the Customs Act 1966, the Comptroller of Customs in accordance with the power delegated to him by the Minister of Customs under section 9 of that Act, hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
- Short Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Customs Exchange Rates Notice (No. 17) 1987, Amendment No. 1, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Customs Exchange Rates Notice (No. 17) 1987* (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 17th day of August 1987.
- Exchange rates—The Schedule to the principal notice is hereby amended by revoking the expressions:

Transport Licensing Inquiry
PURSUANT to section 140(1)(a) and (b) of the Transport Act 1962, the No. 4 Transport District Licensing Authority, J. M. Foster is to conduct an inquiry to ascertain whether Jack Peri and Shirley Peri Taxicab Service Licensees of Main Road Te Teko.
(a) Owing to changed circumstances you no longer meet the criteria set out in section 124 of the said Act
(b) You have failed to comply with any term or condition of Taxicab Service Licence 8595 and in particular the condition imposed by section 133(4) and or section 133(5) of the said Act.
The inquiry will be held in the Council Chamber, Kawerau Borough Council, Kawerau on Wednesday, 16 September 1987, commencing at 10.30 a.m.
