Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation the Regional Manager hereby authorises the exchange of that part of the reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land, described in the Second Schedule hereto.

WHEREAS by virtue of the notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto the land described in those notices were declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas by reason of an amalgamation of titles it is considered necessary to replace the notice aforesaid:
