Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in
Blocks III and VII, Wharepapa Survey District, Otorohanga
District

PURSUANT TO Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the
First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The
Otorohanga District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the areas of road described
in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land described in the
Third Schedule hereto to be taken.

(d) Pursuant to sections 117, 119 (1) and 120 (3) declares:

(i) The stopped road firstly described in the Second
Schedule and the land taken firstly described in the Third
Schedule now known together as Section 55, Block VII,
Wharepapa Survey District to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 745, folio 248, subject
to memoranda of mortgage No. H. 584203.5, H. 666304.1
and H. 403460, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) The stopped road secondly described in the Second
Schedule and the land taken secondly and thirdly described
in the Third Schedule now known together as Section 56,
Block VII, Wharepapa Survey District to be amalgamated
with the land in certificate of title, Volume 745, folio 248
subject to memoranda of mortgage No. H. 584203.5,
H. 666304.1 and H. 403460, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) The stopped road thirdly described in the Second
Schedule and the land taken fourthly described in the Third
Schedule now known together as Section 50, Block VII,
Wharepapa Survey District, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 634, folio 26.

(iv) The stopped road fourthly described in the Second
Schedule and the land taken fifthly described in the Third
Schedule now known together as Sections 52 and 54, Block VII, Wharepapa Survey District, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 634, folio 26.

(v) The stopped road fifthly, seventhly and eighthly
described in the Second Schedule now known as Sections 41 and 46,
Block III, Wharepapa Survey District, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 634, folio 26.

(vi) The stopped road and land taken sixthly described
in the Second and Third Schedules now known together as Section 41 and 46,
Block III, Wharepapa Survey District respectively, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 634, folio 26.

(vii) The stopped road tenthly and twelfthly described in the Second
Schedule and the land taken seventhly described in the Third Schedule now known together as Section 40, Block III, Wharepapa Survey District, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 634, folio 26.

(viii) The stopped road eleventhly described in the Second
Schedule and the land taken eighthly described in the Third
Schedule now known together as Section 45, Block III, Wharepapa Survey District, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 634, folio 26.
