Land Acquired for Limited Access Road and State Highway No. 1 in the Town District of Hikurangi

Pursuant to sections 20 and 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a limited access road which has become road, limited access road and State highway and which pursuant to section 11 (1a) of the National Roads Act 1953 shall form part of State Highway No. 1 and shall vest in the Crown on the 13th day of August 1987.
