Pursuant to section 38 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956,
notice is hereby given that a poll of the electors of the Lake Hawea
Works and Services Area taken on the 29th day of July 1987, on
the proposal of the above-named local authority to raise a loan of
$825,000 to be known as the Lake Hawea Sewerage Loan 1986
($825,000) for the purpose of installing a sewerage reticulation and
treatment system within the Lake Hawea Works and Services Area
resulted as follows:

The number of votes recorded for the proposal was 76.
The number of votes recorded against the proposal was 37.
The number of informal votes was 1.

I therefore declare that the proposal was carried.
