Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road, State Highway No. 2

IT is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 22 July 1987 and pursuant to section 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 2, Waiari River at junction with State Highway 33 over its full width from the line of the western boundary of Rangiruru 1A7B8B1 Block (C.T. 28A/167) to the line of the eastern boundary of Rangiruru 1A7B8B2 Block on the southern side of the road as more particularly shown on Sheet 1 of Plan 23/37/3 and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Tauranga and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

Revocation of a State Highway Notice

THE National Roads Board, pursuant to section 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, hereby revokes the notice β€œDeclaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road, State Highway No. 3” as published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 20 at page 716 on 12 February 1987.

Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road, State Highway No. 3

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 19 November 1986 and pursuant to section 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 3, Mangapu River Bridge to Te Kuiti section for half its width on the eastern side commencing at the centre point of the river bridge and extending southwards for 90 metres across the frontages of part Lot 4, D.P. 21282, (C.T. 31D/110) part Lot 1, D.P. S. 27622, (C.T. 31D/109) part Lot 1A, M.L. 7218, (C.T. 1705/30) as more particularly shown on Sheet 1 of Plan 26/46/7 and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Te Kuiti and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 19 November 1986 and pursuant to section 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 3, Spicers Road to Mangapu River Bridge section for half its width on the eastern side commencing at the southern boundary of Section 12, Block 12, Orahiri S.D. and extending southwards for 20 metres across the frontage of part Lot 4, D.P. 21282, (C.T. 31D/110) as more particularly shown on Sheet 1 of Plan 26/46/7 and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Te Kuiti and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

Notice of Result of Poll on Loan Proposal, Ohinemuri County Council

PURSUANT to section 38 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, notice is hereby given that a poll of electors of the Whiritoa Sanitary Drainage Area taken on 14 July 1987, on the proposal of the above-named local authority to raise a loan of $1,453,000 to be known as the Whiritoa Sewerage Loan 1987 for the purpose of providing reticulation, treatment and disposal facilities for a sewerage system at Whiritoa resulted as follows:

The number of votes recorded for the proposal was 39
The number of votes recorded against the proposal was 54
The number of informal votes was 3

I therefore declare that the proposal was rejected.
