Declaration that Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Northland Harbour Board on the 18th day of October 1984:

"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Northland Harbour Board hereby resolves that the piece of land (vested in the said board) and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a local purpose (esplanade and pleasure craft facilities) reserve within the meaning of the said Act."
