KIWIFRUIT MARKETING LICENSING REGULATIONS 1977

ELECTION OF PRODUCER REPRESENTATIVES TO THE NEW ZEALAND KIWIFRUIT AUTHORITY

I hereby give notice that an election will be held to elect 2 members of the New Zealand Kiwifruit Authority, 1 to represent kiwifruit producers in the Northern Ward, and the other to represent kiwifruit producers in the Southern Ward.

Pursuant to the requirements of the Kiwifruit Marketing Licensing Regulations 1977 (Amendment No. 1) therefore, kiwifruit producers are advised that the electoral roll of producers in the Northern Ward will be available for inspection for 14 days from 26 August 1987, during normal office hours, at the following places: Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries’ offices in Kerikeri, Whangarei, Auckland, Pukekohe, Tauranga and Hamilton; and the Post Office in Katikati and the electoral roll of producers in the Southern Ward will be available for inspection for 14 days from 26 August 1987, during normal office hours, at the following places: Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries’ offices in Hamilton, Palmerston North, Whakatane, Opotiki, Wanganui, New Plymouth, Levin, Gisborne, Hastings, and Motueka; Post Offices in Te Puke (Jellicoe Street), Takaka and in Nelson (Richmond Post Office); the offices of the New Zealand Fruitgrowers Federation in Wellington.

This edition has a new and perceptive introduction by Michael King and in addition the original seven page index has been replaced by a substantial and comprehensive index. This 1983 edition is called a facsimile edition because it is being reproduced from the original text. However, the introduction, index and illustrations include alterations and improvements on the original.

FLORA OF NEW ZEALAND SERIES

Volume I of Flora of New Zealand was the first major reference work on native plants in New Zealand to be published before 1925. It contains a comprehensive account of all the indigenous ferns and their allies, and the dicotyledonous flowering plants.
