Following the closure of the tenders, bids will be publicly opened in the office of the Collector of Customs, in Nelson, in the presence of a Justice of the Peace.

Successful tenderers will receive an Tariff Quota Allocation which will show the c.i.f. value of the wine which may be imported and the concession rate of duty applicable.

Unsuccessful tenderers will be notified by letter.

The name and allocation of all tenderers, successful and invalid, and the amount of the bid in each case will be published in the Gazette as soon as possible after the opening of the tenders.
Period of Exclusive Australian Tariff Quota
Tariff quotas issued under this tendering will be available until the 30th day of June 1988.

PURSUANT to regulation 3(8) of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:

This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Waimca County) Notice No. 1, 1987.

The Waimca County Council's proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule is approved.

The Road Classification (Waimca County) Notice No. 1, 1982, dated the 2nd day of August 1982*, issued pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974, which relates to the roads described in the Schedule, is revoked.
