Declaring Land to be Road and Road Stopped in Blocks X and XIV, Wharepapa Survey District, Otorohanga District

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Otorohanga District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and added to the adjoining Ngaroma Scenic Reserve, being land held as a reserve for scenic purposes under and by virtue of a notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1980, page 1345 (S.O. Plans 17495, 17497 and 46529).

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped and

(i) That the area firstly described now known as Section 37, Block XIV, Wharepapa Survey District, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 10D/912, subject to caveat H.201067.2, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) That the areas secondly to fifthly described now known as Sections 38, 40, 42 and 44, Block XIV, Wharepapa Survey District respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 946, folio 109, South Auckland Land Registry.

Land Declared to be Road and Land Taken in Strathallan County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Strathallan County Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be taken and vested in David Richard Allnutt of Pleasant Point, plumber and Annabel Allnutt, his wife and incorporated in certificate of title 9F/256, subject to memorandum of mortgage 430305/2, and to the water pipeline easement granted by transfer 569633, Canterbury Land Registry.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken and incorporated in adjoining reserve 4901.
