Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in
Blocks II, V and VI, Alexandra Survey District, Raglan County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road which, pursuant to section 11 (1)(a) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway No. 23.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the areas of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and added to the adjoining Four Brothers Scenic Reserve being land held as a reserve for scenic purposes under and by virtue of a notice published in New Zealand Gazette, 1973, page 563 (S.O. Plan 45241).

(c) Pursuant to section 116, declares the areas of road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(d) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to be taken.

(e) Pursuant to sections 117, 119 (1), 120 (3):

(i) Declares the area of land taken firstly described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to be added to the adjoining land held for buildings of the general government under and by virtue of Proclamation S. 7849, South Auckland Land Registry;

(ii) Declares the areas of stopped road firstly and secondly described in the Third Schedule hereto now known as Section 1, S.O. Plan 56190 and Section 1, S.O. Plan 56191 respectively to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 21A/430, subject to the memorial of mortgage H. 606773.5, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) Declares the areas of stopped road thirdly to sixty (inclusive) described in the Third Schedule hereto now known as Sections 1 and 2, S.O. Plan 56312, Section 1, S.O. Plan 56313 and Section 4, S.O. Plan 56314, respectively to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 36A/791, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. S. 553321, H. 135052, H. 231701.5, H. 231701.7 and H. 487882, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iv) Declares the area of land taken secondly described in the Fourth Schedule hereto and the area of stopped road seventhly described in the Third Schedule hereto now known together as Section 3, S.O. Plan 56314, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 36A/791, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. S. 553321, H. 135052, H. 231701.5, H. 231701.7 and H. 487882, South Auckland Land Registry.

(v) Declares the areas of stopped road eighthly to thirteenth (inclusive) described in the Third Schedule hereto now known as Sections 1, 2 and 3, S.O. Plan 56315, Sections 1, 2 and 3, S.O. Plan 56357 respectively to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 35A/185, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. S. 553321, H. 231701.5, H. 231701.7, H. 487881, H. 487882, South Auckland Land Registry.

(vi) Declares the area of land taken thirdly described in the Fourth Schedule hereto and the area of stopped road fourteenthly described in the Third Schedule hereto now known together as Section 5, S.O. Plan 56357, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 35A/185, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. S. 553321, H. 231701.5, H. 231701.7, H. 487881 and H. 487882, South Auckland Land Registry.

(vii) Declares the area of stopped road fifteenth described in the Third Schedule hereto now known as Section 5, S.O. Plan 56314, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 35A/184, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 686018, South Auckland Land Registry.
