PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Strathallan County
Council on the 30th day of July 1987.

Second Schedule hereto to be stopped;

(c) Pursuant to section 117 (7), declares the said stopped road to
