IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER of NORTHERN GAS CONVERSIONS LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland and carrying on business as motor mechanics:

Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 13th day of April 1987, presented to the said Court by SUBURBAN NEWSPAPERS LIMITED; and that on the 3rd day of June 1987, the said Suburban Newspapers Limited was given leave to withdraw and that on the 10th day of July 1987 by order of the Court AUTEX INDUSTRIES LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland was substituted as petitioner; and that the amended petition filed by the said AUTEX INDUSTRIES LIMITED is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 5th day of August 1987 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any other creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the amended petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the amended petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
