Revoking State Highway

IN the notice with the above heading dated 11 June 1987 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 18 June 1987, No. 90, page 2657, line 3 of the First Schedule is to be amended by deleting the word “Muhuroa” and substituting the word “Muhunoa”.

Land Taken for Road in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Most Reverend Sir Paul Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand, declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be taken for road and to be vested in The Auckland City Council on the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Proclamation in the Gazette.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3 square metres, situated in the City of Auckland, and being Lot 1, L.T. Plan 108947.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of July 1987.

Appointment of Chairman of the Licensing Committee for the Waikato Licensing District

PURSUANT to section 32(1)(a) and (2) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, I, The Most Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand hereby appoint

Anthony David Richardson, District Court Judge of Hamilton to be Chairman of the Licensing Committee for the Waikato Licensing District on and from the date hereof.
