TAKE notice that on the 30th day of June 1987, the shareholders of Ardsheil Farm Ltd. by special resolution resolved to be voluntarily wound up.

The reason for the winding up is that the company is no longer trading and it is desirable to remove the company from the Register and distribute the assets to the shareholders.
