Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the members of the above-named company has been summoned for the purpose of passing a resolution for voluntary winding up and that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held pursuant to section 284 of the Companies Act 1955 at Touche Ross & Co., Seventh Floor, Quay Tower, 29 Customs Street West, Auckland on Thursday, 16 July 1987 at 9 a.m.

Notice is hereby given that by a duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company, on the 3rd day of July 1987, the following extraordinary resolution was passed by the company, namely:

(a) That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up, and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily.

(b) That the company recommend that Michael Peter Stiassny and Graham Charles Edgar, chartered accountants of Auckland be appointed liquidators and their remuneration be in accordance with the scale of fees of the NZ Society of Accountants.
