PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the
First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The
Tauranga County Council;

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the
Second Schedule hereto to be stopped;

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to
be taken under section 119; and

(d) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119, declares the said stopped
road and land taken, now known together as Section 27,
Block III, Maketu Survey District, shall be amalgamated
with the land in certificate of title No. 29C/169, subject to

of Works and Development:

Otorohanga District Council;

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of road described
in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped;

(c) Pursuant to section 117, declares the said stopped road, now

shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title,
