Declaring an Easement to Convey Water Over Land for a State Primary School in Block II, Mount Ceres Survey District, Dannevirke District to be Acquired

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, an easement in gross (to convey water) is hereby acquired for a State primary school (and may be surrendered at any time by notice in the Gazette) and shall vest in the Crown on the 16th day of July 1987, a right to convey water by means of underground pipes through the land described in the Schedule hereto such grant being in accordance with the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and that all costs of forming and maintaining the water supply shall lie with the Crown.
