Conditions:

1. That it is not sold to any person other than a veterinary surgeon, or a dealer, or otherwise than pursuant to the prescription of a veterinary surgeon, and,
2. That it is not used otherwise than by or under the supervision of a veterinary surgeon.
3. Provisional Ethical Licence.
4. Stock numbers to be a maximum of 700.
5. Trials to be conducted under the supervision of Mr D. A. Baumberg.
6. Trials to be conducted on Mr S. W. Woolley’s property, Tumarina.
7. Withholding Time: Animals producing meat and offal for human consumption must not be slaughtered during or within 30 days of last treatment.
8. Results of trials are to be submitted to the Board within the 18 month licensing period.

5. Withholding times: Meat—65 days, Milk—not to be used on lactating cattle.

7. All trial animals to be slaughtered for consumption within New Zealand.
8. Results of trials are to be submitted to the Board within the 2-year licensing period.
