EXPLANATORY NOTE: This exemption notice provides for the exemption of:

(a) bed linen, table linen and toilet linen other than plain;

(b) a range of electrical apparatus and appliances including certain fans, food-mixers, heating appliances and hair dressing appliances; and

(c) amendments to existing exemptions to maintain alignment with the Customs Tariff.

Pursuant to section 13(2) of the Plant Varieties Act 1973, notice is hereby given that the application for a grant of Plant Selectors’ Rights as specified in the Schedule hereto, has been withdrawn by the applicant.
