All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point on the eastern side of Waterfall Road 200 metres measured northerly, generally, along Waterfall Road from Cumberland Road; thence southerly, generally, along the said eastern side of Waterfall Road across Cumberland Road to a point on the southern side of the intersection of Cumberland Road and Seaton Road, thence south-westerly generally, by a right line to the junction of the north-western side of the Workworth-Leigh Road with Frosts Road; thence across Frosts Road from its north-eastern side to its south-western and north-western sides of the Workworth-Leigh Road to a point 280 metres measured south-westerly, generally, along the said road from Matheson Bay Road; thence across the Workworth-Leigh Road at right angles from its western side to its eastern side; thence south-easterly, generally, along the eastern side of the Workworth-Leigh Road to a point 320 metres measured southerly, generally, from Matheson Bay Road; thence due south-east by a right line to the shore of the Hauraki Gulf; thence northerly, generally, along the said shore and along the shore of Omaha Cove to a point due east of the commencing point; thence by a right line to the commencing point.

The Traffic (Cook County) Notice No. 1, 1987
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carme Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:
NOTICE
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Cook County) Notice No. 1, 1987.
The road specified in the First Schedule is declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The road specified in the Second Schedule is declared to be a 70 kilometres an hour speed limit area pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
FIRST SCHEDULE
Situated within Cook County, at Wainui and Okitu:
No. 35 State Highway (Opotiki-Gisborne via Te Araroa): from a point 60 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said State highway from Murphy Street to a point 640 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said State highway from Moana Road.
SECOND SCHEDULE
Situated within Cook County, at Wainui and Okitu:
No. 35 State Highway (Opotiki-Gisborne via Te Araroa): from a point 640 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said State highway from Moana Road to a point 480 metres measured easterly, generally, along the said State highway from Douglas Street.

Pursuant to subsection (3) of section 23 of the Standards Act 1965, notice is hereby given that the following draft New Zealand standard specification is being circulated.

DZ 2312 New Zealand Commentary on Australian Standard AS 2312-1984 Guide to the protection of iron and steel against exterior atmospheric corrosion. $5.50 (includes $0.50 GST)
This draft Commentary has been prepared to be read in conjunction with AS 2312-1984 Guide to the protection of iron and steel against exterior atmospheric corrosion which has been endorsed as suitable for use in New Zealand. Attention is drawn to the guidance on the use of the Standard as contained within the foreword to AS 2312.
All persons who may be affected by this publication and who desire to comment thereon, may obtain copies at the price shown, from the Standards Association of New Zealand, Wellington Trade Centre, 181–187 Victoria Street (or Private Bag), Wellington.
