Classification of Reserve and Vesting in the Taumarunui County Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, and vests the said reserve in the Taumarunui County Council in trust for that purpose.

Change of Classification of Part of a Reserve

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Whangarei City Council on the 13th day of August 1986:

"That pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the land described as 339 square metres, being Lot 3, on L.T. Plan 107281 which is a sub-division of the land in certificate of title 54A/1145 (situated on the east side of Raumanga Stream, near Porowini Avenue), be hereby declared to be a local purpose (esplanade) reserve."

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Rodney County Council on the 25th day of February 1986:

"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Rodney County Council hereby resolves that the piece of land vested in the said county and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act".
