of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect

being limited to a clear space of nine feet eight inches above the
surface of the said piece of land affected thereby, for a secondary

Amending A Declaration Acquiring Land Subject to and Together
With Certain Rights for a Wildlife Management Reserve in Block
IX, Patetere North Survey District, Matamata County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated
the 6th day of November 1986, published in the New Zealand
Gazette of 13 November 1986, No. 182, at page 4854, acquiring
land subject to and together with certain rights for a wildlife
management reserve in Block IX, Patetere North Survey District,
Matamata County, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act
1981, by deleting from the Schedule the expression “North Auckland
Land District” and substituting the expression “South Auckland
Land District”.
