of Works and Development hereby partially revokes the notice dated
the 23rd day of November 1983, published in the New Zealand
Gazette of 1st December 1983, No. 202, at page 4160, declaring
land held, subject to certain encumbrances, for a public works depot
to be set apart for an immigration hostel in the City of Manukau,
pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, as to the area
firstly described in the Schedule thereto.

Declaring Land Acquired for a Limited Access Road in Blocks II

the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a limited access road which
has become road, limited access road and State highway and shall
vest in the Crown on the 29th day of January 1987.
