THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE

The meeting will be held, on Friday, the 24th day of July 1987 at The Sharella Motor Lodge, 20 Glenmore Street, Wellington.
That for class A creditors commencing at 1.30 p.m. and that for class B creditors commencing immediately after the class A creditors meeting closes. All creditors of the company affected by the arrangement are requested to attend at the meeting. A document setting out the proposed scheme of arrangement, an explanatory statement and proxy forms are enclosed.
The general purpose of the scheme of arrangement is to obtain the agreement of creditors of the department for 10 months of their right to payment so as to enable the company to trade normally over that period and to complete existing and new contracts and, if thought fit, to dispose of the business as a going concern. The debts affected by the proposed arrangement are those incurred prior to 15 June 1987.
The Court has appointed Roland Stute of Wellington, chartered accountant, to be chairman of the meetings. The scheme, if adopted, will be subject to the subsequent sanction of the High Court.
