Declaring an Easement of Right to Drainage Sewage for a
Teacher’s Residence to be Acquired Over Land in Block XI,
Mount Cerberus Survey District, Dannevirke County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby declares that, an agreement to
that effect having been entered into, an easement of right to drain
sewage to be held appurtenant to the land described in the Third
Schedule hereto vesting in the Crown the rights set out in the 4th
and 5th paragraphs of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer
Act 1952, subject to the conditions set out in the Second Schedule
hereto hereby acquired for a teacher’s residence over the land
described in the First Schedule hereto, and shall vest in the Crown
on the 9th day of July 1987.

FIRST SCHEDULE

Servient Tenement

ALL that piece of land situated in Block XI, Cerberus Survey District
and being part Section 5, Block IX, Town of Pongaroa; as shown
marked “I” on S.O. Plan 32961, lodged in the office of the Chief
Surveyor at Wellington.

SECOND SCHEDULE

1. Maintenance of the sewage pipeline shall be the responsibility
   of the Crown.

2. In the event of the pipeline being dug up at any time, the Crown
   shall sow the easement area in grass.

THIRD SCHEDULE

Dominant Tenement

ALL that piece of land containing 1012 square metres, situated in
Block IX, Mount Cerberus Survey District, being Section 4; shown
on S.O. Plan 14314, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at
Wellington.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block X, Town of
Manapouri, Wallace County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and
to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Director-General
of Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule
hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Wallace County
Council, pursuant to the said section 323, and on the publication
of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject
to the Land Act 1948.
