Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road in Block III, Rewa Survey District, Masterton County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 27th day of June 1986 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 3 July 1986, No. 102, at page 2828, declaring land to be road in Block III, Rewa Survey District, Masterton County by omitting the following from the Schedule:

“Shown coloured as above mentioned on S.O. Plan 28026, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington.”

and substituting the following:

“Shown coloured as above mentioned on S.O. Plan 25609, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington.”

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981 the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Waitomo District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be taken and vested in the Crown.

(c) Pursuant to sections 124 and 116, declares the area of road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be a Government road, and to be stopped.
