Declaring Land to be Crown Land in the Borough of Tawa

PURSUANT to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

ALL that piece of land containing 9870 square metres, situated in the Borough of Tawa, being Lot 10, D.P. 18238. All document No. 616868, Wellington Land Registry.

Land Acquired for Road and Road Stopped in Block XCI, Clutha Survey District, Clutha County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, form part of State Highway 1 and pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the part of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 243, folio 107 (limited as to parcels).
