In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of TAMAKI FARMS LTD. (in liquidation):

NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of Tamaki Farms Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily, does hereby fix the 31st day of July 1987, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

NOTICE CALLING FINAL MEETINGS OF MEMBERS AND CREDITORS

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of MICROSTYLE COMPUTERS LTD. (in liquidation):

NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that meetings of the members and creditors of the above-named company will be held at the office of Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co., Twelfth Floor, Willbank House, 57 Willis Street, Wellington at 10.30 a.m. on the 21st day of July 1987, for the purpose of having an account laid before the meetings showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanations thereof by the liquidator.

Every member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meetings is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a member or creditor respectively.

The NATIONAL BANK OF NEW ZEALAND LTD with reference to Cold Storage (Marlborough) Ltd., hereby give notice that on the 24th day of June 1987, it appointed Donald Leroe Francis and Jotin Francis Managh, chartered accountants, whose offices are at Deloitte Haskins + Sells, Southpac House, 1 Victoria Street, Wellington, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 16th day of September 1985.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future including its uncalled but unpaid capital.
