Road and Stopped and Added to Adjoining Land Held for Soil
Conservation and River Control Purposes in Blocks I and IV,
Whakatane Survey District, Whakatane District

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works
and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the
First Schedule hereto to be road, which shall vest in The
Whakatane District Council;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 124, declares the portion of road
described in the Second Schedule to be a Government road
and stopped, and

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road
described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped and
added to land held for soil conservation and river control
purposes by proclamation H. 493186, South Auckland Land
Registry.

ALL that piece of road containing 15 perches, situated in Block I,
Whakatane Survey District, adjoining or passing through part
Allotments 30A2 and 30A2G, Parish of Rangitaiki; coloured green
on S.O. Plan 45771, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at
Hamilton.

Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in
Block III, Orahiri Survey District, Otorohanga District

—

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the
First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The
Otorohanga District Council;

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the land described in the
Second Schedule hereto to be stopped;

(c) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land described in the
Third Schedule to be taken;

(d) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119 (2) (a), declares:

(i) that the area of road fifthly described in the Second
Schedule hereto, now known as Section 75, Block III, Ora-
hiri Survey District and the area of road secondly described
in the said Second Schedule together with the area of land
taken fourthly described in the Third Schedule hereto, now
known as Section 72, Block III, Orahiri Survey District,
shall when so stopped and taken be amalgamated with the
land in certificate of title No. 10B/374 subject to mem-
oranda H. 278503.1, H. 565129.3 and
H. 565129.4 and Memorandum of Priority H. 565129.5
South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) that the area of road firstly described in the Second
Schedule hereto together with the area of land taken firstly
described in the Third Schedule hereto, now known as Sec-
tion 71, Block III, Orahiri Survey District and the area of
road thirdly described in the Second Schedule together with
the area of land taken secondly described in the said Third
Schedule, now known as Section 73, Block III, Orahiri
Survey District, shall when so stopped and taken be amal-
gamated with the land in certificate of title No. 18A/619
subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 278503.1,
H. 565129.3, H. 565129.4 and Memorandum of Priority
H. 565129.5 South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) that the area of road fourthly described in the Second
Schedule hereto together with the land taken thirdly
described in the Third Schedule hereto, now known as Sec-
tion 74, Block III, Orahiri Survey District, shall when so
stopped and taken be amalgamated in certificate of title,
Volume 937, folio 42, subject to statutory land charge
H. 458173, South Auckland Land Registry.
