Amending a Notice Declaring Land Held for Better Utilisation, the Use, Convenience or Enjoyment of the Auckland—Waiwera Motorway and for Motorway Purposes Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in the City of Takapuna

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 24th day of February 1987, No. 29, at page 1026, declaring land held for better utilisation, the use, convenience or enjoyment of the Auckland—Waiwera Motorway and for motorway purposes, to be set apart for State housing purposes in the City of Takapuna pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the legal description of the area thirdly described in the Schedule the Survey Office Plan No. “59575” and substituting the No. “59576”.
