Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 27th day of November 1986, presented to the said Court by The District Commissioner of Inland Revenue; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Christchurch on the 4th day of February 1987 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon: and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE OF RESULT OF POLL ON LOAN PROPOSAL

SILVERPEAKS COUNTY COUNCIL

Pursuant to section 38 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, notice is hereby given that a poll of the electors of the Wairunga Urban Drainage area taken on the 19th of December 1986 on the proposal of the above-named Local Authority to raise a loan of $600,000 to be known as the Wairunga Sewerage Loan 1986 for the purpose of installing a sewerage scheme in the Wairunga Urban Drainage Area, resulted as follows:

The number of votes recorded for the proposal was 92
The number of votes recorded against the proposal was 42
The number of informal votes was nil.

I therefore declare that the proposal was carried.
