NOTICE CALLING FINAL MEETING OF CONTRIBUTORIES

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of LYNWOOL ENTERPRISES LTD. (in liquidation):

NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that a meeting of the contributories of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Price Waterhouse, Eighteenth Floor, Quay Tower, 29 Customs Street West, Auckland on the 23rd day of January 1987 at 9 a.m. for the purposes of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

THE Bank of New Zealand with reference to Farming Press New Zealand Ltd. hereby gives notice that on the 18th day of December 1986 the Bank appointed Gregory John Anderson and Alan William Badcock both Chartered Accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Touche Ross & Co., Chartered Accountants, Wakefield Chambers, Ridgway Street, Wanganui, jointly and severally as receivers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 21st day of December 1984.
