Classification of Reserve and Vesting of Part of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the First Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, subject to the provisions of the said Act, and further, classifies the reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, and vests the reserve in The Taupo County Council in trust for that purpose, and subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Revocation of a Notice Relating to a Reserve and Issue of a Fresh Notice

PURSUANT to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the notice reserving land as a recreation reserve dated 21 November 1986 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 27 November 1986, No. 189, page 5079.
