PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, which shall vest in The Ohinemuri County Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 117 (7), declares the area of said stopped road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be added to the land taken for a public school by Gazette, 6 September 1956, No. 49, page 1215 and registered at the Land Registry Office at Hamilton as S. 111527.
