PLASTICS INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT PLAN

HIGH PRESSURE LAMINATES

Tenderers under the Plastics Industry Development Plan should note that this is the first round of the three annual licensing phase out rounds. They should also be aware that Government has recently announced new tariff rates which will become effective from 1 January 1987. The current Normal rate is 30 percent, the new rate will be 28.5 percent. There will be no change in DC, Australian or Canadian rates. The rules of tendering as set out in Guide Notes dated October 1985 apply to this tender.
