Classification and Naming of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19 (1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977 and further declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Tuna Bay Scenic Reserve.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block IX, Town of Manapouri

Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting Commissioner of Crown Lands, hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Wallace County Council pursuant to the said section 323 and as from the date of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Notification of intention to Change the Classification of Parts, Classification of Part, and Naming of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, notice is hereby given of the intention to change the classification of that part of the Reserve, described in the First Schedule hereto, from a Nature Reserve to a Scenic (19 (1) (a)) reserve, and further, to classify the balance, as described in the Second Schedule hereto, as a scenic (19 (1) (a)) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act. Furthermore the reserve shall hereafter be known as Marshland Bush Scenic Reserve. Any persons or organisations wishing to lodge objections, make submissions in support of or make suggestions on the proposal should lodge the same with the Acting Commissioner of Crown Lands at Invercargill not later than 1 month from the date of publication of this notice.
