All that area in the Taranaki Land District, situated in the Taranaki County, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the mean high water mark of the Tasman Sea in line with the eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 12703 and proceeding southerly to and along that boundary and the eastern boundary of the former Section 2, Oakura District, to the northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 6125; thence easterly along that boundary to and south-easterly along the north-eastern boundary of the said Lot 1 and the north-eastern boundary of Lot 4, D.P. 6125; to the western side of South Road (No 45 State Highway); thence north-easterly along a right line to the northernmost corner of Section 23, Oakura District; thence south-easterly and south-westerly along the north-eastern and south-eastern boundaries of the said Section 28, to and south-westerly along the south-eastern end of Pahua Road to the western boundary of Subdivision 3 of Section 170, Oakura District; thence southerly along that boundary to the westernmost corner of the said Subdivision 3; thence south-easterly along a right line to the intersection of the north-western boundary of part Section 170, Oakura District, (S.O. 1042, area 45.7295 hectares) and the western side of Survey Hill Road; thence north-easterly along the production of the said north-western boundary to the middle of Survey Hill Road; thence southerly generally along the middle of that road and its production to the southern side of Forest Road; thence south-easterly along a right line to the summit of Mount Egmont being the southernmost point of the Mangorei Riding; herebefore described; thence
