Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 21st day of May 1986, presented to the said Court by ALLSTAR FABRICS LIMITED (in receivership); and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Palmerston North on the 18th day of June 1986 at 9.30 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous of supporting or opposing the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

Term of the partnership: The term of the partnership shall commence on the date of registration of this certificate in accordance with section 54 of the Act and shall end upon the sooner to occur of:
(a) The registration of a certificate of dissolution pursuant to section 62 of the Act; or
(b) The expiration of 7 years from the date of registration of this certificate or, if the term of the partnership shall have been reduced by resolution of the partners, then the expiration of the reduced term.
