Land Declared to be Road and Land Taken in the County of Waimarino

PURSUANT TO PART VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and to be vested in The Waimarino County Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be taken under subsection (1) of the said section and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 27A/446, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 717693.2, 511190.3 and 511190.4.
